About Your Interview Coach
Hi! My name is Sarah Cloé Lambert, I am a certified health and life coach, a firefighter, and I bring over 12 years of experience in luxurious hotels. Throughout my hotel experience I worked in Human Resources (amongst other operational departments) and have had the chance to sit on over 1500 interviews ranging from hourly to Executive level. I am a BA honours graduate of Derby University, UK, in Hospitality Management with a focus on Human Resources. I then went on to complete my MA with Cornell University, US, in Hotel Management with a focus on communication and managing teams of various backgrounds. I bring a wealth of knowledge with my previous experience as well as having lived in 8 countries and being bilingual.
My introduction to the fire service started when Osoyoos flooded and had its biggest wildfire season to date. I devoted my time off helping citizens and joined the Osoyoos Fire Rescue team. After 18 months of joining a paid-on-call team I secured a full time position as a firefighter in the lower mainland. The hiring process is very competitive, with many highly qualified candidates competing for a limited number of positions.
